Mathura train accident

At least 15 people died and 25 people have injured in a train crash near Mathura. The train accident occurred when the Goa Express crashed into the stationary Mewar Express from the back. Primarily it was identified as the fault of the driver of the Goa Express.

Railway minister Mamata Banerjee has ordered an inquiry into the accident.
