** Christmas day were when my family here celebrated Jesus birthday. I made sure to prepare filipino dish for us to feast on that special day. I cooked cassava cake for our dessert- everybody loves it.**

Ingredients:
1 pouch of grated cassava/yuca root
1 can of coconut milk
2 cans of condensed milk (use 1 1/2 cans together with other ingredients, and
the remaining 1/2 can of milk for the toppings)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 regular jar of macapuno meat (optional)


Here's how to prepare:
mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan.
let it boil and stir for about 2 minutes or more.
then pour the boil ingredients into a baking pan.
put it in the preheated oven of 350 degrees Fahrenheit
let it bake for about 30 minutes or until it looks hard
then pour the condensed milk on the top of it. cook for another
30 minutes until it brown.
