TORONTO - Lawyer groups say a review of the insurance industry released Friday is good news for accident victims facing massive deductibles imposed by auto insurers.The five-year review, conducted by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, advises the provincial government to reduce the deductibles for injured accident victims from the current $15,000 and $30,000 to $10,000 and $20,000.The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and Ontario Bar Association, which welcomed the report, say it recognizes the "punitive nature" of the industry's deductibles....
