Today it was announced that IIM aspirants who have had to face harassment because of disruptions in the online version of the Common Aptitude Test (CAT) have got another CAT Re-test. Computer-based Common Admission Test (CAT), which was marred by technical problems, will not be scrapped, IIM Bangalore (IIM-B) Director Pankaj Chandra says.
“We are conducting a retest in mid-January for all those students who could not take the CAT. This test will also be computer based,” said Sameer Barua, director of IIM-Ahmedabad.
