Never Again

I can only counts with my fingers of restaurants and fast food chains I had been to in my almost 4 years living here in the USA not that I can't afford (of course I can) but I'm not a food enthusiast. I love food don't get me wrong but I cook, and I'd rather buy clothes, shoes and bags rather eating out. Its just who I am. Believed me.

Moreover, I haven't tried eating in Applebees nor taking out orders from them before until I finally tasted their foods this afternoon. Thanks for my other colleagues for suggesting it at least I now prove my point. Lucky I was since my boss paid our lunch (thanks boss!). Anyway, it took me awhile to pick food too many choices as I browsing the Applebees menu on their website, and looking at the pictures makes my stomach full already. So I ordered their French Onion Soup and French Dip Slider Sandwich. When I got my food it looks dry but oily- Its not just right. Most of my colleagues are not too happy with their foods either. But hey aren't we supposed to be glad for the free lunch? Sure, but........?

What can we expect hence food chains like that usually use frozen food ingredients. They are not fresh at all (that's my point). I guess you get what you pay for, right? It will be nice to get the best weight loss supplements rather than those fatty-frozen food. Heehee Just kidding.

My verdict? Never again. My colleague was right this will be my first and last Applebees.
