Working in Progress

It has been my 3rd week working at my new employer. I feel like working there for years that's how I comfortable am with them. I once get lost in the office especially in my first few days, but now, not anymore! That shows my good sense of direction. I haven't arrive being late yet which I am working hard not to because I'd get trouble for that. Hopefully I never will be. Cross my fingers here. heehee

I still go home on lunch time if the husband is home. If there's still more time left I took a nap. Its just 5minutes drive from my home to the office or vice versa by the way so that's why I get a chance to take my lunch break at home.

In the office we have multi-cultures I get plenty of ideas about my colleagues countries which is very interesting. We get along very well despite the cultures and colors differences. I'm glad living in a liberated country now. Hopefully as the days go by things will remain as is.  My manager is awesome. She is cool and down-to-earth. Everybody in the office from the other departments told us we are lucky to have her as manager. I can see that. Once in a while she brought brownies or cheese cake for us to snack. In fact tomorrow she will treat us for lunch. Such a sweet human being. I like that.

I already enrolled all my benefits that includes my medical insurance, dental and visions. I still have to think about the 5th wheel insurance for car because the husband got me insured already from his insurance provider. Have to check if there is a huge difference. We'll see. 

I'm off at work on Monday since 4th of July's fall on Sunday so I have a long weekend a head of me. I can't wait.
