Customer Service Job

In the USA customer service representative work is very demanding. I tried to apply for that position several times in the past but I am very unlucky. I know the fact that customer service associate deals with the customers every single day it can be very stressful. Dealing directly with customers by telephone or face to face is a big challenge, and that the integral part of that job. Because without the customer service representative a company would not have a business. They are the lifeblood of any business.
