My sister (who's Registered Nurse) is currently working in a clinic as a volunteer since she couldn't get any regular job over there back in my homeland. She's okay with that since the company treated her like a regular employee so anytime the company would give her working certification. My sister is planning to work abroad either USA, UK, Canada or wherever she wants to go that's why right now she's patiently working without pay.
My sister took lots of training courses in preparation for her working abroad application. My sister and I are helping each other for this. I will help her whatever financial she'll needs, and she will help herself to study harder in order to pass of all her exams and application. One thing that I would consider for her to take if she applied a job in the UK is to get a consultant interview course at Oxford Medical first so that she could have a training for it. I know this has to be a good investment for her in order to land a job abroad.
At Oxford medical a medical training company teaching doctors various skills for competitive interviews offer great courses in London such as teach the teacher (aka train the trainer course) for doctors, medical management courses, interviews training, presentation skills, communication skills, and among other related courses.
