A Refreshing Recipe

Green Tea and Berry Smoothie

you will need:
1 1/4 cups of orange juice
1 piece of banana
1 1/4 cups of frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp sugar to taste (optional)
3 packets of powdered green tea

place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until
smooth and creamy.


i found this recipe on Yamamotoyama green tea box which i bought the other day.
i tried many different kind of smoothie flavors but this one is top of my list.
for some reason the green tea makes this smoothie taste different, it's kinda sour not that sweet- which i like though. that's why sugar is an option because the yogurt and the fruit are
already sweets.

this is good for breakfast especially if we have no more time to cook since we're always in a hurry to catch the time for work. on the other hand this is also excellent for our health.
