As Brendon McCullum will not be available for the next IPL, season 3, former skipper Sourav Ganguli will be re-posted as Kolkata Knight Riders captain.
In previous season, controversy-wrapped Knight Riders, which floated the idea of 'multiple captaincy' to replace Ganguly with Brendon McCullum a day before the tournament,under the coaching of John Buchanan, finished at the bottom of the table in IPL 2009 season.
Ganguli has had a chat with SRK in London last week, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
