A Balikbayan Box means returnee's box. Usually it's when a Filipino brought or sent novelty items when returning to the Philippines from a foreign country.
In connection to that, my husband and I sent a balikbayan box to my family in the Philippines today. Those are suppose to be our Christmas gifts but since we are so busy, we couldn't make to send it before Christmas. Anyway, as what the saying goes " it is better too late than never!" He he. I am pretty sure my family will excites to receive those item. I do hope, it will arrive safely and intact. Who knows, you know there..
