What's the harm if reality show Bigg Boss will be telecasted after 11 pm ?

Here is a controversy roaming around about popular reality show Bigg Boss with their show timing . Today, the Bombay High Court has directed the Information & Broadcasting (I&B) Ministry to issue a fresh show-cause notice to TV channel Colors over reality show Bigg Boss. I&B Ministry wants order from court asking to move Big Boss to a slot between 11:00 pm and 05:00 am.
So, whats wrong in that? What's the harm if reality show Bigg Boss will be telecasted after 11 pm ? Do they lose TRP? No, it has adult contents, visually and participants ( characters ! ) use terms inappropriate for children. Indian TV audiences are mature enough to get all that on TV , but it is not necessarily to be watch out by children.
Moreover in a conservative atmosphere in India, mature aged people will not feel uneasy to watch the popular show .
