Ford the US car manufacturer officially announced today that the SuperCrew version of the F-150 SVT Raptor will go on sale as a 2011 model year. It was rumored last month that Ford SVT will add a SuperCrew version of the F-150 SVT Raptor with four full size doors.
The Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is powered with the 6.2L V8 engine system making 411-hp and 434 lb-ft of torque. The Transmission of the car is 6-speed automatic overdrive with Tow Haul Mode. The car is accelerated to 0 to 60 mph in 8.5 seconds. The Fuel consumption of the car is 14 mpg in city and 18 mpg in highway.Ford has yet to confirm pricing for the 2011 F-150 SVT Raptor SuperCrew, its likely to be a couple grand above the $41,995 for the 6.2L V8 2010 F-150 SVT Raptor SuperCab. The car comes as sales of the 2010 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor have far outpaced the companies original projections.
