MINI Clubman StreetWorker by Schmidt Revolution

The MINI Clubman isn't a sight for sore eyes, but the folks at Schmidt Revolution have decided to try their luck with the Cooper XL.
Based on the Clubman S, the laughably named StreetWorker features a matt blue wrap, black accents, and 18-inch Cirrus wheels with Continental tires. Additionally, the company fitted a Streetec air suspension which can raise or lower the vehicle 40mm and 60mm, respectively.
Under the hood, the turbocharged 1.6-liter engine has been tuned to produce 200 hp (149 kW / 203 PS) and 250 Nm (184 lb-ft) of torque. This enables the car to hit a top speed of 220 km/h (137 mph).

MINI Paceman Concept for Production
Did we love our old Countryman because it was a nice looking car? Well, no not really. We loved it because unlike the saloon version, we could get some luggage in it and go away for the weekend in relative comfort.
The Managing director of BMW UK has stated that the group have seen both BMW and MINI brands outperforming the market this year on the back of a strong new product and a successful market introduction of the BMW 5 series, Scotland has been involved heavily with promotion and sales of the saloon as well as Touring models, the X1 and the MINI Countryman.

The 2010 Mini Clubman is Affordable Compact Wagons.

One of our family favourites was the Mini Countryman. This was the stretched estate version of the classic salon shape. It also had the later 1275 Clubman style front. A lot of changes from the original, but it still somehow looked like a Mini.

The new 2011 MINI Clubman is the newest

I have always had a soft spot for the original design Mini. It played a part in my childhood and also my youth. Back in the 80's and 90's it seemed like almost everyone had one. Cheap, fun and good-looking little machines. I'd love to add reliable to that list, but they had various issues.

Mini Clubman

New Mini Clubman
Inside the 2010 Clubman is a turbocharged 1.6 liter, I4 engine. This car mixes power with power with ease, as the car is started with a push of a button and the throttle is controlled entirely through the vehicle's electronic system. The transmission is a manual six speed Gertag. The turbocharged engine allows for a higher combustion rate, which increases your overall gas mileage. The reported miles per gallon for city driving is 26 and for highway driving it is 34.

Mini Clubman The Luxury Mini cars
In true Mini style, however, this car still tries hard to be fun. Those brilliant Mini genes, whilst not looking quite as tiny and cute, still lend themselves to a car that is nippy and quirky. If it is possible, the Mini is even more fun to drive now that you have air conditioning and a floor that won't threaten to fall out.

2010-2011 The Mini Clubman
The engine in the 2010 model of the Mini Cooper Clubman is definitely an improvement from the model from 2009. While the differences are subtle, they serve to improve the vehicle's power and average city and highway gas mileage.

2010-2011 The Mini Clubman
The Mini as a brand has undergone a massive series of changes in the past few years. What was once a tiny iconic car, back in the swinging sixties, is now rebranded as a compact yet spacious supermini. This hatchback retains that same stylish and famous Mini shape whilst trying to add a hefty dose of modern features and easy comfort to make the ride a little less bumpy.

The 2010 Paris Motor Show (MINI Cooper brand)
So when I first started doing research on this car, I didn't know that it was so old. Production on the Mini Cooper & Mini Rims began in 1959. It was manufactured by BMC (British Motor Company) & its successors. If you were to ask someone who just so happens to be British, they'll probably say (in a British accent, of course) that the Mini Cooper & it's Mini Cooper Wheels are somewhat the equivalent to the Volkswagen Beetle that we have here in the United States.. or North America.

The 2010 Paris Motor Show featured a number of interesting models, presenting the latest vehicles offered by European, Asian and American manufacturers as well as several concept designs. One concept present wasn't even a car, rather it was an electric scooter, designed for the niche MINI Cooper brand.

Then, when the car was already in his grasp, RSI Motorsports garage owner was, immediately took him to the shop for additional accessories embellished. By embracing the concept of sporty elegance appropriate to form a terlilhat sporty Mini Cooper, Harry added accessories with plug and play system, so a touch of elegance combined with the aura spoty. "Because of that progress was not too long and not too difficult, because almost all the body kit directly applied, without changing its original form," explained Harry.
Modification
Harry admitted, the length of time working about two months, not because of difficulties in the application, but he must wait for shipment parts accessories directly imported from Texas, USA and England, such as mirror, foglamp and hood. Admittedly, the Mini Cooper accessories in the ground water is very limited. So should an order to the country of origin, or other countries.
Subsequent modifications continues to the interior sector, Harry is trying to provide the best for super-mini vehicles, namely by replacing the original seat of the Mini Cooper replaced with more color and shine compared to model genuine leather upholstery. "For the interior, seats and probably only just that I doortrim change, while others were still in the original design from the manufacturer," added Harry, who felt pity when the need to replace the original interior features of the Mini Cooper he saw was very sporty.
Down reluctant Contests
Vehicles for daily wear this does look different after modification. With a different view of this, many other relatives or friends suggested that his car was involved in the modification contests. However, Harry was never still and never even tempted. Even today, he remains reluctant to show off his car in the event of modification contest.
Settling a short amount of Harry is indeed unsatisfactory, because there are still some accessories that have not diaplikasikannya, because they still have to wait accessories come, himself may not have certainty when they could be accepted. "I'm still waiting for the black headlamp Edition Mini Cooper 50 years that I have a message from the UK," added Harry.

MINI Cooper Performance Upgrades by Hamann
In early 2007, BMW Group tuning specialist, Hamann, was quick to produce an aerodynamics styling kit for the new second generation R56 Mini, but took over a year and a half to complete the program with engine performance upgrades mainly consisting of reprogrammed ECUs.Nonetheless, the Bosch Motrotnic ignition control unit has be remapped, and the 1.6-liter turbo engine in the Cooper S, which normally produces 175 hp / 128 kW, has been increased to 204 hp/ 150 kW at 5,500 r.p.m. and torque of 300 Nm at 1,600 – 5,000 rpm.
However, Hamann offers an even more powerful kit for the Cooper S. Called SPORTKIT CS 230, it adds on top of the ECU upgrade with an improved intercooler and sport muffler making 230hp / 169 kW at 6,050 r.p.m. and 330 Nm torque at 3,860 r.p.m. As a result, top speed increases to 238 km/h and 0-100 km/h increase by at least 0.5 seconds.
For the Cooper D which normally has 110 hp, it now makes 26hp / 20 kW more for a total of 136 hp / 100 kW at 4,000 r.p.m. and a maximum torque of a huge 300 Nm at 1,750 – 2,000 r.p.m.

Mini Clubman by AC Schnitzer
Despite being described by some as “everything you don't need”, the MINI Cooper S Clubman is certainly doing something right on the business end with the launch contributing to record sales for the MINI brand. But at 170hp, surely it is missing something. The John Cooper Works kit went some way to appeasing the power hungry consumers with a package boosting the power up to 211hp, but AC Schnitzer had other ideas with their own package which boosts the Clubman up to 226hp.Hiding beneath the eye catching body kit which features a new front spoiler and a striking power dome is the 226hp/166KW AC Schnitzer tuned engine which develops up to 285nm of torque. But where there is power - there is noise. So to appease the neighbours, the famed BMW & Mini Tuner has fitted their twin sports rear silencer which plays its role in the orchestral masterpiece coming from chromed tailpipes. Driving performance is further enhanced with the AC Schnitzer spring kit and height-adjustable racing suspension
Optionally you can add the limited slip differential (up to maximum 75 percent) which ensures the raw power is applied to the right wheel through cornering rather than being lost through the exhaust.
The kit is completed with either 17'' or 18'' wheels, specially styled for the Mini.
