Home Style

There were time (like this evening) I can sat down on a couch the whole time just to watch a random shows. I particularly like watching HGTV channel, Food Network, Travel channel, History channel, TLC or sometimes E!News. The first three channels I just mention are my favorites. So many ideas I can get from HGTV when it comes to home decoration, staging, selling a house, buying a house, etcetera.

I can diy (do-it-yourself) on staging my living room and kitchen (my favorite!). Just a simple rearranging the whole set-ups and the decorates are not a big task to do, it just so easy the results makes a whole different without buying new stuffs. That's how I learned. Although It depends because there are some other stuffs that needs to replace if our utility sinks are old and rusty already. Or, if we need to get a new butcher block tables to have a kitchen island instead of making a real kitchen island would cost us lots of money.

Anyway, I like to diy (wish I'm a carpenter so that I can create an adirondack chairs that I like) home decoration, cooking and even styling my clothes. :)

Lifestyle 2010

Lifestyle 2010

What does the fund invest in?
Each Lifestyle portfolio is a pre-mixed fund, investing in
assets in the U.S. and abroad. Each portfolio combines a
blend of stock, bond and money market investments
seeking to produce competitive returns over a set period
of time. The portfolios change their investment mix
gradually as they approach their target dates.

The names of the lifestyle funds are based on when
investors anticipate withdrawing money from the portfolio.
For example, the Lifestyle 2010 fund is geared toward
investors who plan to withdraw their money in the year
2010. Investors choose which portfolio best suits their
individual investment horizon and risk tolerance level.
Why invest in a lifestyle fund?
One of the most important decision investors make is
choosing the right mix of stocks, bonds and money
market investments. The lifestyle portfolios are designed
to provide a simple way of making this decision. The four
lifestyle funds are intended for investors seeking a
professionally managed approach to asset allocation.
Each portfolio offers an investment strategy for a range of
investors, from conservative to aggressive.

Since each lifestyle fund is well-diversified and
professionally managed, it as possible to consider using
it as a complete asset allocation strategy. They can also
serve as the core of a portfolio in tandem with other funds
to reflect a more conservative or aggressive investment
need.....
