Mumbai railway motormen strike called off

After the massive blocks in Mumbai railway motormen end strike, train services resume. The decision to bring Mumbai's lifeline on track came shortly after Maharashtra government, mulled invoking provisions of Essential Services Maintenance Act (ESMA).
The motormen on strike, decided to call off their agitation after the state government gave an assurance to them in the meeting that government would mediate between the strikers and the Railway ministry though, Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee was not present in the Parliament today.
