N95 masks for Swine flu

Personal protective equipment can help prevent the spread of infection from one person to another.Personal protective equipment (PPE) is any type of face mask, glove, or clothing that acts as a barrier between infectious materials and the skin, mouth, nose, or eyes (mucous membranes).
During a Swine flu outbreak, government agencies may recommend that you protect yourself from infection by using a face mask, N95 respirator, which you may found at a reasonable N95 mask price.
Facemasks and N95 respirators should not be shared. Facemasks and respirators may become contaminated with germs (viruses and bacteria) that can be spread between people.

An N95 respirator is a respiratory protective device designed to achieve a very close facial fit and very efficient filtration of airborne particles. In addition to blocking splashes, sprays and large droplets, the respirator is also designed to prevent the wearer from breathing in very small particles that may be in the air.
To work as expected, an N95 respirator requires a proper fit to your face. Generally, to check for proper fit, you should put on your respirator and adjust the straps so that the respirator fits tight but comfortably to your face. For information on proper fit, refer to the manufacturer’s instructions.
The ‘N95’ designation means that when subjected to careful testing, the respirator blocks at least 95% of very small test particles. If properly fitted, the filtration capabilities of N95 respirators exceed those of face masks. However, even a properly fitted N95 respirator does not completely eliminate the risk of illness or death.

Nine more have tested postive for swine flu in Pune
Couple of days after a city girl succumbed to swine flu, nine more persons, including three girl students of Pune's St Anne’s school, have tested positive for the virus. The three schoolmates of the deceased Reeda Shaikh, the class 9 student of St Anne’s who died of the infection on August 3, belong to different classes, leading to concerns about the virus having spread in the school. This represents the largest chunk of the 172 swine flu infections in the state.
Azad said there is no shortage of either testing materials or medicines for the treatment of swine flu, and both the Centre and all the State Governments will work together to combat the situation
