jogged at Cypress Park

I'm not a morning person.. my lazy body like to burrow on the bed all the time, especially weekends. but this morning? i woke up early (hallelujah!) not because our dog begging us to go out to pee but husband and i have a scheduled to jog and walk at Cypress Park Coral Springs early this morning. good for me, right? to exercise in the morning is so refreshing. anyway, when we at the park i saw everything are wonderful! the air is so delicious.. the plants, trees, and flowers are so alive. the animals are so happy! it's like a new beginning, so precious! and oh, the weather is so warm too, very very pretty. also there are people playing baseball, soccer, and basketball in the park, everyone is active isn't it? i had fun. i sweat a lot {i lost calories either}! i guess we jogged more than 1 kilometer. felt good.

we treat ourselves to Dunkin Donuts afterwards. we had bagels with creme cheese and hot choco.la.te. on our breakfast.
FYI:
BAGEL means;
"The bagel is a bread product traditionally made of yeasted wheat dough in the form of a roughly hand-sized ring which is boiled in water and then baked. The result is a dense, chewy, doughy interior with a browned and sometimes crisp exterior. Bagels are often topped with seeds baked onto the outer crust with the most traditional being poppy or sesame seeds.
It has become a staple bread product in the
United States and Canada, especially in cities with large Jewish populations, such as New York and Montreal, each with different ways of making the bagel.
Though often made with sugar, malt syrup, or honey, bagels should not be confused with
doughnuts nor with bialys which, among other differences, just have a depression rather than a hole."
