What's For Dinner?

I tried to be a vegetarian this time, after all it's worthy and healthy. If you think that food on the left picture is out of meat, you are wrong, that is vegetable. Yap, an eggplant! Its huge right? What usually I found in the neighborhood store here are American aka Globe eggplant; a large, dark purple, pear-shaped.
What I did was marinate the slice eggplant in soy sauce for just a few minutes. Then, coat it into bread crumps and fry. For the beans, I used kidney bean from the canned, and add some tomato sauce with basil and cheese, simmer until it warm. For my side dish, of course the rice. I used Italian yellow rice which is good, I mean delicious.
