Roshni Nadar has been appointed as CEO of HCL Corporation

Ms Roshni Nadar, daughter of HCL founder Mr Shiv Nadar, has taken over as Executive Director and CEO of the investment company HCL Corporation.
However, Mr Nadar will continue to head the corporation which is the investment company with controlling stakes in HCL Infosystems and HCL Technologies.
As CEO and Executive Director, Ms Roshni Nadar will be responsible for strategic decision making at HCL Corporation.
