code::Xtreme::Apps 2011 Launch

code::XtremeApps:: is the annual 24-hour, round-the-clock computer programming/code jam competition organised by the Information Technology Standards Committee (ITSC), an industry partnership supported by IDA Singapore and SPRING Singapore.
