Renault revealed Renault Sport Megane RS Trophy car

Renault revealed the new hotter version of Renault Sport Megane RS Trophy car. The production of the car was limited to 500 units.

The Renault Sport Megane RS Trophy car is powered with 2.0L turbocharged engine system by Renault Sports engineers. The car produces power output of 265hp and 360Nm of peak torque. The car is accelerated from 0 to100kph in 6.0 seconds and top speed of car is 254kph. The car has power to weight ratio of 5.09kg/hp and specific power of 132.5hp/litre which boasts exceptional performance package.

The Renault Sport Megane RS Trophy car features black roof, specific decals, new rear lip spoiler, 19-inch Gloss Black STEEV wheels with red piping and R.S. valve caps, numbered plaque and LED daytime running lights. The car was introduced with new Sirius Yellow finish which is also available in Glacier White, Etoile Black and Cassiopee Grey.

The Renault Sport Megane RS Trophy car interior has Recaro bucket seats to unmistakably sporty feel, central display which shows data provided by R.S. Monitor. This innovative onboard data-logging system records performance and displays range of mechanical parameters in real-time.

The Renault Sport Megane RS Trophy car will be on show at Renault Sport Day which is Renault Sport Enthusiasts Day programme at Nurburgring, Germany on June 17, 2011. The car booking start on June 20 and will be marketed in France, UK, Germany, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Slovenia. The Price of the car will start from €35,500 in France.

Scion revealed new Scion FR-S Concept car

Scion the sports car manufacturer revealed new Scion FR-S Concept car at the 2011 New York Auto Show. The name FR-S Concept stands for Front-engine, Rear-wheel drive, Sport car.

The Scion FR-S Concept car is powered with the flat 2.0L boxer engine on front-engine with rear wheel drive configuration. The car uses direct and port injection system to increase the horsepower and torque. The car is connected with 6-speed manual transmission or automatic transmission.

The Scion FR-S Concept car features four-piston-caliper front brakes, sleek solid panel roofline, lightweight and rigid, LED angular headlights and edge taillights, monoblock Five Axis 20x8.5-inch wheels on front and 20x10.5-inch wheel on rear. The car is equipped with an aerodynamic shape that directs air cleanly on top.

The Scion FR-S Concept car is lightweight design and short wheelbase with dynamic maneuverability and confident stability. The car is painted with rich coats of Code Red which will be launched on next year.
