This is the time of the year when mostly folks are moving to a place where they can stay warm, a place where they can relax, a place where they can feel at home. People called them "snow birds", literally some birds are migrating to place-to-place where there is warm weather. I consider myself lucky since I live here in Florida known for a "snow birds" destination. Florida winter weather is quite lovely cold or can be too cold  sometimes but the good thing is we ain't got snow here.

Anyways, this is also the time of the year that I wanted to go somewhere for travel. Every time I'm online I see adverts for cheap flights in Australia, Singapore, London, etcetera. There are so many travel bargains available in travelau.com They offer international flights and many things to do. The united airlines have tremendous fare discounts that I would like to get.

New York- A Place I'd Love to Visit

If time will come for me to fly and visit  New York City I would like to go in Brooklyn where my husband's first home, I'll also go to Williamsburg (Brooklyn) just to look for a vintage store. There are stores I know that has great displays of anything vintage from clothing to shoes, bags, accessories, and to name a few. You know how much I love vintage it doesn't matter if its new or secondhand- the latter is the most.

I have seen and heard from TV, websites, and words-of-mouth from people I know who have been there that New York has so many things to do like entertainment and amusements, history and culture, outdoor sports and nature. Not to mention they have various shopping malls from haute couture to vintage that every women love. Restaurants are one of New York's best to offer for us. There are hundreds of restaurants I could choose to dine, and I would love to go to Mesa Grill (Bobby Flay's Restaurant). I admire his cooking. You have no idea. 

Coffee Shops are somehow I would consider to try in New York since I love pastries I'm sure every coffee shops selling that too.  Oh, I can't wait that moment to be happen. Hoping for real! :)

A close friend of mine lives in Australia. I have not seen her in years and years. We were best friends all through high school and lost touch after she moved back to Australia. While watching my tv satellite I got the idea to take a trip to Australia to see her. Why not? I had never been there before and she was newly married and had a new baby. Plus, I had not seen her older son since he was born fourteen years ago. I started planning my trip. I was going to have to fly and I don't like flying, so I knew I needed to take as direct of a flight as possible. Also, because it would a long flight and the time difference was going to cause serious jet lag. I needed to get to LA and then on to Sydney where she lives in Sydney. I knew it would be costly as well and I needed to start saving. But, once there it was well worth the coast. Getting to see her, spending time with her family and going everywhere in Sydney, a place I have never been, was exciting and fun. It was one of my best trips ever.

New York, New York

It always been my dream to go and see New York since I was a kid. Thanks to some of the movies and TV shows who featured the city of NYC where they shoot, and to the walking tours NYC I read in the Internet where I got the idea to go. That Statue of Liberty is so familiar to me even feels more like I have seen it for real before. Oh yeah, I've seen it in many times from my history books, magazines, post card my friend gave me, photos and etcetera for me not to remember it. Ms. Liberty is the most famous celebrity in NYC.

Yes, I live in Florida for almost 4 years now and am still haven't step foot in New York for real. One day I will conquer it and see the beauty of it, that's for sure. Now that I have so many paid off time left from my work I am thinking to use it for a summer or winter vacation somewhere in the SC or NY perhaps. In fact there are so many places that I wanted to visit but neither one is yet confirm. South Carolina is one of Americans favorite's for visit on summer time. Holiday Vacations

This coming Christmas holiday is the best way to get away from the reality-- we all deserves to get a break from the hustle and bustle life at least once in a while, and that orlando vacations especially in Disney World is the best place to feel and see the magics. I would love to go there. They said, it is the most beautiful atmosphere that you can imagine during those time. Tones of spectacular lights are everywhere! Entertainments, games, and lots and lots of fun that we could experience in there. So much FUN.

Torn Between Two Travels at The Same Time

Planning a trip is what I've always like to do, call me an expert on that! Though I'm not a certified/professional travel planner but my own experienced on traveling many times since then thought me how to handle the trip. I always do my own itinerary when I go for a trip, never did I gets a tour operator or an excursion to guide me around the places. I hate those. It won't gives me totally satisfaction not to stay longer in the place I like. Because I always want to take my time to explore and observes their culture. You know those tour operator always have a limited time, and they gets paid through their services per hour and it's kind a expensive at the same time. Anyhow, my friends are planning to go up North next month to attend a huge Filipino festival. Sounds exciting but I'm not really sure if I could come because they don't know where to stay over for a night yet. They said if they couldn't find a place we will gonna stay in one of the extended stay hotels which has kitchen, Internet access, and free breakfast. It sounds cool to me but I still have to think about it because my husband and I also have other trip to look forward with.
