Eat More Fruit!


In order to get more nutrients to our body fruit is a good source to take. It's also rich in vitamin C. We all know this, our teacher taught the importance of fruit since first grade in school. That is why I never take for granted to eat fruit everyday. My breakfast is always been fresh fruit, fruit juices, and yogurt. I have fruit for snacks sometimes too. They say "health is wealth", I believed man's health is very important aspect of our life. So, it is good to start eat healthy, don't you?
