SG, MY Satellites registration is open! Plus a prize from 37 Signals

Echelon 2011′s Startup Launchpad application is now officially closed.

We have received numerous submissions from some really awesome startups and are excited to be reviewing them.

We have completed judging for Malaysia and Singapore Satellites and we will be contacting the selected startups shortly.

Registration is now open for you to attend our Malaysia and Singapore Satellites for free.

For those who are not familiar with the Launchpad selection process, we will be choosing 10 startups to present at each of our Echelon Satellite events in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta. The top 10  startups from these Satellite events will then have the chance to pitch at Echelon 2011′s Startup Launchpad and win a great suite of startup-friendly prizes.

Speaking of prizes, the productivity and design gurus at 37 Signals are sponsoring USD250 in credit for the Launchpad winner. 37 Signals, of course, produces the super-useful Basecamp project management web app. It’s also led by startup/geek rockstars Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson.

So, all the best to those who have sent in your applications and for those who missed the Startup Launchpad deadline, you still have a chance to exhibit at Asia’s biggest startup event. The application to exhibit at Echelon 2011 is still open until May 1st, don’t miss out on that!
